-Pool and Gym: We have a relationship with a country club through which guests can book day passes. The club is 1.2 miles away from the house. Please note: the admission to the club is NOT included in the booking price, bookings must be made in advance, and additional rules may apply.
-we make an effort to ensure the house is safe, but it may not be ideal for families with very young crawling babies
-we have our home professionally maintained by pest control services, but this is still the south and we live below sea level. Depending on the season you may see a bug. Please understand this isn't a cleanliness issue, just a reality in the deep south :)
-we do not allow smoking/vaping, or unauthorized guests or pets. Any violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fine.
-we allow maximum 2 pets, and they must be added in your booking request. Unauthorized pets will result in a $1000 fine/per day
